- Document intelligence (PDF analysis, invoice processing)
- Accounting automation (billing, GST compliance)
- Creative content generation (social media, images)
All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Reverse engineer or misuse our AI systems
- Use our services for high-risk activities (e.g., medical diagnosis, autonomous vehicles)
4. AI Output Disclaimer
Our AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying AI outputs before making decisions
- Compliance with local laws (e.g., tax, education)
We disclaim all liability for AI errors.
5. Payments & Refunds
Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay. Refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All APASHUB software, logos, and UI are owned by Apas Learning Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apas Learning Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kota(Rajasthan), India.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
