- Alibaba Cloud (DashScope): AI processing via Qwen API (data processed in Singapore/EU)
- ElevenLabs: Voice synthesis (data processed in the USA)
All transfers comply with Indian DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

All user data is stored in secure data centers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). We retain data only as long as necessary (typically while your account is active + 6 months after deletion).
